Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Bahrain is free of charge. For GCC countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Bulk orders may qualify for free shipping — contact us for a quote.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders placed after 2pm GST will be processed the next business day.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
