Return & Refund Policy
At IMT Flooring, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 7 days of delivery.
1. Return Window
You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns must be initiated by contacting our team via WhatsApp or email.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom-cut or special-order items are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
IMT Flooring covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom-cut flooring, special-order products, opened adhesives or installation materials, sale items (unless defective).
