Description

The Weave Meadow carpet tile is engineered for heavy commercial use, offering durability and aesthetic appeal. It features a tufted multi-scroll loop pile construction, utilizing stainproof solution-dyed nylon (SDX) yarn. The pile height ranges from 2 to 3.5 mm, with a total thickness of approximately 5 mm and a total mass of around 3500 g/m². The standard tile size is 50 x 50 cm, backed by NexBac SX. The machine gauge is 1/10”, with 60 stitches per 10 cm. Each box contains 24 tiles, covering 6 m². The product boasts various fire classifications, including Class 2 (SANS 10177-4), Bfl-s1 (EN 13501), and Class 1 (ASTM E 648-08). It offers high color fastness ratings, with 8 for light exposure and 4/5 for rubbing (change of color) and 5 for rubbing (staining). The electrostatic propensity is ≤ 2kV, and it provides permanent static control. Acoustic properties include sound absorption (aw) of 0.15 and sound insulation (∆Lw) of 18 dB. Thermal resistance is 0.0638 m²·K/W. The product is VOC tested and passes GBCSA/GBCA standards. It is suitable for intense use with castor chairs (Class A: Intense Use as per NF EN 985). The product comes with a 5-year guarantee and a limited wear warranty of 15 years.
